Can someone tell me if this is a good outfit or not?

I've got a hot date coming up this weekend and I'm stuck between two outfits and I dunno which one to pick! Also, I can't figure out how to attach pics to these posts and this is like my third try so I'm just going to have to verbally describe them--Deal with it! Sorry, lol. Okay, so we're going to a bar where this DJ is playing for the night. It's a bit of a chill vibe but not like coffee shop chill, you know? First outfit is the classic little black dress. The one I have is sort of like a shirt dress (meaning not super fitted), but it's short so it shows off my legs. Plus if I'm moving around a lot dancing it'll be sure to put on a good show. Second is opting for pants (so I can REALLY get my dance on) but wearing my fave top, which is this flowly number that is super low cut.

Well it's really hard to tell without pictures! But I think the second sounds better. Maybe you're a little more "free" than me but I would be super nervous about flashing people or being groped at in a super short dress. Sounds super cute though! I would rock the shit out of a lowcut top instead.
